Carlo's professional journey has taken him across the globe. He began his career in The Netherlands, interning with NS Nederlandse Spoorwegen, where he learned the first steps of his user research and design skills. He then moved to Ireland to work as an IS&T UX Designer for Apple Inc. in Cork, where he developed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for various internal Apple departments, consistently elevating user experience standards.
After his tenure at Apple, Carlo returned to The Netherlands and founded Diquila International, a digital agency specializing in web design and digital marketing solutions for clients across Europe, the USA, and Africa. His leadership and innovative approach have earned him acclaim from clients for his unwavering commitment to quality, attention to detail, and ability to translate complex ideas into stunning web realities.
Carlo's journey continued in Argentina, where he took on roles with Avature Argentina as a UIX Designer and MindCo Health as the Lead Designer & Marketing Operations. At MindCo Health, he created over 50 wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups, improving user engagement by 125%. He also managed various marketing operations, including high-engagement email campaigns and comprehensive marketing strategies.
When he's not decoding the latest design trends or mastering new skills, Carlo enjoys swimming, traveling around Argentina, and exploring the Argentine vineyards.
